Finishing chocolates products is a two step process

1) Polishing with CertiSeal® 500

CertiSeal® 500 is an aqueous gum based product that provides gloss, smooths the surface and provides a solvent barrier.

2) Glazing with Crystalac® or Confectioner's Glaze

Confectioner's glaze enhances and protects gloss while Crystalac® glazes are specially formulated to minimize tack and dry faster.
